Position Overview and Impact at the Studio
The Account Manager at Public Address is a trusted steward of partner relationships and a central connector across the studio. At the intersection of strategy, communication, and delivery, the Account Manager keeps projects moving with clarity and excellence. This role shapes how partners experience Public Address – building trust, aligning creative work to business goals, and helping teams navigate the complexities of multi-disciplinary design. Just as importantly, the Account Manager is a culture carrier: fostering empathetic relationships with colleagues, encouraging collaboration, and modelling the emotional intelligence that makes great work possible.
Account Managers are central to our ability to scale: managing multiple small to mid-sized projects independently while supporting larger, more complex accounts with senior business leads. The role is both operational and relational – keeping work organized, on time, and on budget, while strengthening the connections that sustain long-term partnerships. The right person is curious and courageous – asking questions, challenging assumptions, and pushing both partners and teams to think bigger.
